Today’s competitors use a format that is generic in reproducing information.  We use imaging, in which the file viewed is exactly as the clients sees their policy. 

Our product is a web-based application. Access can be attained from any computer in or away from the office, thus making the company a virtual business.  This flexibility allows the agents to better serve their existing clients, as well as providing the time and means to secure new clients. Backup is done after hours by our web hosting facility. There is no interruption to access records during standard business hours.

Your clients will be able to access their own specific policies to download.   This will provide you the ability to promote your own web page as an additional marketing vehicle. We are not aware of any other Agency Management System on the market that can provide this benefit at a reasonable cost.
